“My thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by the severe storms and flooding across Indiana. Over the past three days, communities across our state — including several in the 6th District — have been hit hard.
I’m grateful to the first responders, emergency crews, and local and state officials working around the clock to keep people safe and begin assessing the damage.

WASHINGTON — Congressman Jefferson Shreve (IN-06) announced today that all 17 of his Community Project Funding requests have advanced through the House Appropriations Committee, totaling more than $45 million for Indiana’s Sixth Congressional District.
The projects support public safety, military readiness, clean drinking water, wastewater infrastructure, roads, workforce development, and first responders across south central and eastern Indiana. Final funding must still pass the full House and Senate and be signed into law.
